U.S. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience any delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns on eligible, unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. To begin the return process, please email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Skincare & Retail Products:
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products unless there is a documented allergic reaction or product defect. If you experience a reaction, please contact us within 7 days of use.
Gift Cards & Services:
All gift cards, service packages, and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift cards are available for purchase and can be sent directly to someone special for a thoughtful, personalized experience. However, if you need to reschedule a service, please refer to our cancellation policy and contact our front desk.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
